Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 300F.
2.Layer your carrots, celery, onions, and garlic in a large roasting tray, then top with your beef brisket.

4.Cover the tray tightly with tinfoil and roast for 4-5 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender.
