2 celery ribs , chopped medium
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 lbs beef blade steak , trimmed
salt

3 ounces wide egg noodles ( about 2 cups )
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Instructions
