Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry wine, garlic, red pepper flakes, and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.
2.Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
3.In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tsp of canola oil over high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
4.Add the remaining 1/2 tsp canola oil to the skillet. Add the carrot, red pepper, and snow peas and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
5.Add the cooked spaghetti, beef, and peanut butter sauce to the skillet. Toss to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
