Ingredients

12 corn tortillas , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup yellow onion , finely chopped
1 can taco sauce or ( 10 1/2 ounce ) can enchilada sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning mix or ( 1 ounce ) envelope dry enchilada mix
8 ounces mild cheddar cheese , shredded
8 ounces monterey jack cheese , shredded
1 can black olives , drained and chopped
6 green onions , finely chopped
sour cream ( optional )
guacamole ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
