Ingredients

2 1/2 - 3 lbs boneless beef ribs ( or pork )
16 ounces barbecue sauce ( I use a bottle of Hunt 's Original or Hickory Brown Sugar )
Finger-lickin' country style boneless beef (or pork) ribs are a classic BBQ menu item for good reason - they're delicious! These ribs are tender and juicy, with a slightly sweet and smoky flavor that will tantalize your taste buds. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Line a baking sheet with foil.
3.Place the boneless beef ribs (or pork) on the baking sheet, and brush both sides generously with barbecue sauce.
4.Cover the ribs with another piece of foil, and crimp the edges tight to seal.
5.Bake the covered ribs for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
6.Remove the foil, and brush the ribs generously again with barbecue sauce.
7.Turn the oven to broil, and return the ribs to the oven.
8.Broil the ribs for 3-5 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and the edges of the ribs are slightly charred.
9.Serve hot and enjoy!
