Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F
2.Mix chopped tomatoes, green onion, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl
3.Cut the sourdough baguette into slices and place them on a baking sheet
4.Brush the slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
5.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
6.Top each slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately
