Instructions

3.After an hour, add the tomatoes and let the broth simmer for another hour.
4.Remove the marrow bone, onion, and garlic from the broth.
5.Add the rice to the pot and cook until tender, about 18-20 minutes.
6.Slice the avocado and serve with the hot soup.
