Ingredients

2 lbs beef stew meat , cubed
1/4 cup flour
1 can diced tomatoes ( I used Del Monte brand with basil , garlic , and oregano )
1 can 100 % natural tomato paste ( I used Hunt 's brand )
2 cans French onion soup
2 cans whole kernel corn , drained
2 cans sweet peas or ( 14 1/2 ounce ) cans green beans , drained
2 medium baking potatoes , peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
1 bag mini peeled baby carrots , cut in half
2 medium yellow onions , peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper , mix

Instructions

1.Toss beef stew meat in flour until covered.
2.Place beef in crock pot.
3.Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, French onion soup, corn, peas (or green beans), potatoes, carrots, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper mix to crock pot.
4.Stir well.
5.Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked thoroughly.
