Ingredients

3/4 lb sirloin steaks or 3/4 lb flank steak , cut in thin strips
2 cups mushrooms , sliced
1 medium onion , sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup tomato paste or 1/3 cup catsup
1 1/2 cups minute instant rice
1/2 cup sour cream
Minute Rice's Beef Stroganoff is a classic dish that has been popular for decades. The dish originates from Russia dating as far back as the 19th century. It’s rich, creamy, and savory flavors make it a great comfort food that is sure to warm your heart and soul. This version of Beef Stroganoff is made with sirloin steak or flank steak which is cut into thin strips, mushrooms, onions, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste or ketchup. Instructions

1.In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides
2.Add the mushrooms and onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables have softened
3.Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and tomato paste or ketchup to the skillet and stir to combine
4.Bring the mixture to a boil and then stir in the minute rice
5.Cover the skillet and simmer on low heat until the rice is cooked for about 5 minutes
6.Stir in the sour cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through
