2 -3 garlic cloves , minced
1 tablespoon ginger , minced

1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt ( to taste )
1/2 cup oil

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and oil. Mix well to ensure that the chicken is evenly coated with the marinade.
2.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
