2 large zucchinis

2 eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F
2.Cut the zucchinis into thin fry-shaped pieces
3.In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
4.In another bowl, beat the eggs
5.In a third dish, add the panko breadcrumbs
6.Dip each zucchini stick in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, then coat it in the panko breadcrumbs
7.Place the zucchini on a sprayed baking sheet.
8.Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown
9.Season with additional salt and pepper to taste
