Ingredients

3/4 cup butter or 12 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
3 tablespoons powdered milk or 3 tablespoons milk , for a more moist loaf
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

The bread machine will do all of the work: measuring the ingredients, mixing the dough, kneading the dough, and baking the perfect loaf with ideal texture that's slightly sweet with a fantastic, fluffy texture just like Muffin Bread. The bread goes well with jam, butter or even cream cheese. In addition, it's a perfect bread for sandwiches on-the-go or toast at anytime of the day.

Instructions

1.Add the butter and sugar in a bread maker and beat until smooth.
2.Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the bread maker mix.
3.Add powdered milk and vanilla into the mixture.
4.Add all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt to the bowl and mix to combine.
5.Select a rapid wheat setting (if available) and let the bread machine knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
6.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5-inch bread pan.
7.Add the bread dough to the bread pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
8.Bake for 35-40 minutes until the bread is golden brown.
9.Allow bread to cool before slicing and serving.

PROS

This bread is so simple to make with a bread machine in just a few minutes and doesn’t require any kneading.
It has a fluffy texture with sweet flavors similar to American Muffin Bread.

CONS

The bread machine may not be always available and for some, it may take some time to get used to the machine’s settings.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Using all-purpose flour and sugar is not ideal for those with gluten sensitivity but can be used as a substitute to those gluten-free variants of flour which can also make the bread less fluffy. Eggs are a high source of protein.
