1 cup cornstarch

1 cup dulce de leche ( see Dulce De Leche ( Latin American Caramel Spread ) )
powdered sugar ( optional )

Instructions

10.Top with the remaining cookies to make sandwiches, and dust with powdered sugar (optional).
