Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix the garlic paste, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and lime juice together.
2.Rub the mixture onto both sides of each steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3.Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and let it get hot.
4.Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and parsley.
5.Dip the steaks into the beaten eggs, then dip them again into the breadcrumb mixture to coat them well.
6.Place the steaks in the hot skillet and cook them to your desired level of doneness, about 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
7.Serve with white onions and parsley garnish on top.
