Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

4.Reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees F and continue to roast until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees F, approximately 1 hour.
5.Remove the pork from the oven and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before carving and serving.
