Instructions

7.Stir in 2 cups of beef stock, 1/4 cup dark rum, 1/4 cup sliced green olives, 3 chopped medium tomatoes, 2 tablespoons grated ginger, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 tablespoons molasses, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.
8.Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
9.In a small bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water and add to the skillet, stirring constantly.
10.Add meatballs to the skillet, stir to coat with sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
