2 1/2 ounces fresh spinach leaves , chopped
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 cup dry whte wine
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
4 tablespoons butter
1 large mango , halved , pitted , peeled , cut into 1/2 inch slices

Instructions
