12 large mushrooms
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
3.In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
4.Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
5.Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
