1 bunch green onion , trimmed and coarsley chopped
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 1/2 lbs chicken , cut into serving pieces

Instructions

1.In a food processor, combine brown sugar, allspice, thyme, cinnamon, salt, cayenne, black pepper, garlic, ginger, hot peppers, and green onions. Pulse to make a paste.
2.Add vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, and lime juice. Pulse until well combined.
3.Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Put them in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over chicken. Seal the bag and shake to coat the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
4.Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess. Grill chicken until it's cooked through, about 30 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.
