6 egg whites , stiffly beaten

Instructions

10.Beat 6 egg whites and 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice in a bowl, until stiff peaks form.
11.Carefully fold in the egg yolk mixture.
12.Spoon the mixture into the prepared soufflé dish.
13.Sprinkle the top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sweetened flaked coconut.
14.Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the soufflé is puffed up and golden brown.
