Instructions

1.In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic granules, dry white wine, ginger, salt and sugar to create the creamy ginger dressing.
2.In a large mixing bowl combine the fresh lump crabmeat, diced plum tomatoes, diced seedless cucumber, Old bay seasoning and white pepper, mix gently to combine.
3.In a separate salad bowl place the gourmet mixed greens, and lightly sprinkle the purple onion rings on top of the greens. Lay thinly sliced avocado around the edges of the bowl. Add the salad mixture to the bowl.
4.Top with mangoes or kiwi and serve with the dressing on top. Enjoy!
