Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix pineapple juice, mustard, thyme, red pepper and set aside.
2.On a hot grill or grill pan, cook pork chops or chicken strips over medium heat, brushing with pineapple juice mixture and turning occasionally until the temperature reaches 145°F for pork or 165°F for chicken.
3.In a large skillet, cook green onions and raisins over medium heat until onion is tender, for about 5 minutes.
4.Add banana; cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through, then serve with pork strips over rice or noodles.
