Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine , softened

1/2 cup water ( drained from cooked pompuna , or fresh water )
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar

1 cup pecans , chopped ( or 1/2 cup wheat germ with nuts ) ( optional )

Instructions
