1 lb fish fillet , boneless , skinless and finely chopped ( e.g . red snapper , Boston bluefish , haddock , cod )
1/2 cup fresh parsley , chopped
hot pepper sauce ( to be authentic use Bermuda 's own Outerbridge Peppers , Ltd. sauce )
