Ingredients

1 lb beef tenderloin strips
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp flour
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz egg noodles
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2.Add the onions and garlic and cook until softened.
