1 head broccoli | |
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved | |
1/2 cup red onion, chopped | |
1/4 cup sunflower seeds | |
1/4 cup raisins | |
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt | |
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar | |
1 tbsp honey | |
Salt and pepper, to taste |
1. | Cut the broccoli into small pieces and place in a large bowl |
2. | Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, sunflower seeds and raisins to the bowl |
3. | In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper |
4. | Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and stir until well combined |
5. | Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving |
