Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a blender, blend together A.1. Sauce, chopped dark chocolate, diced tomatoes, chopped garlic, and chipotle pepper till smooth.
3.In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add olive oil and chicken thighs. Cook chicken on each side for 2-3 minutes.
