Instructions

1.In a large pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, and drain.
2.In a separate pan, melt the butter, add the chopped onions and green pepper, and sauté until the vegetables are soft.
3.Add the diced chicken meat, diced roasted red peppers, can of chopped tomatoes and green chilies, and cubed Velveeta cheese to the pan, stirring until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
