pico de gallo , with cilantro
sour cream
tortilla chips , crushed

Instructions

1.In a large pot, combine chicken broth, cooked chicken cubes, cream of chicken soup, green enchilada sauce, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, sour cream, chopped stewed tomatoes, bay leaf, chicken bouillon, cayenne pepper, cumin, chili powder and onion powder.
2.Mix well and bring to a boil.
3.Once boiling, reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.After 30 minutes, remove bay leaf from the pot.
5.Mix together white flour and cold water in a separate bowl until smooth.
6.While stirring the soup, gradually add the flour mixture, continuing to stir until soup thickens.
7.Serve topped with shredded cheddar cheese, pico de gallo with cilantro, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips.
