Ingredients

3/4 lb top sirloin steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 garlic clove , finely minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 flour tortillas
1 -2 onion , we usually use approx . 1-2 depending on size ( however much you like , enough to make a good mix with the peppers )
2 small sweet peppers , of your choice ( green , red , or yellow )
salsa
sour cream
shredded cheese
chopped tomato

Instructions

1.In a small bowl mix together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper and salt.
2.Thinly slice the steak and toss with the olive oil mixture until evenly coated.
3.Slice the onion and sweet peppers into thin strips and toss with the steak. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
4.Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak and vegetable mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and the vegetables are tender.
5.Serve over warm flour tortillas with your choice of toppings such as salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped tomato.
