1 large tomatoes , diced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

30 corn tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2.Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
3.Remove the chicken from the pot and allow it to cool before shredding it with a fork.
4.In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, potatoes, and tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5.Add the shredded chicken to the skillet along with garlic powder, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
6.To make the flautas, place a tortilla on a clean work surface then spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto one end of the tortilla.
7.Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling then secure with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
8.Place the flautas on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they're golden brown and crispy.
