3 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

3.Add carrots, red and green bell pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add snow peas and broccoli and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5.In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey and ginger.
6.Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
