2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
adobo seasoning , to taste
1/2 white onion , chopped
4 garlic cloves , minced
1/3 cup sour cream
3 serrano chilies
2 cans whole tomatillos , drained

12 corn tortillas or 12 flour tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Cook chicken in a pot of boiling water until cooked through.

5.Combine shredded chicken with onions, garlic, and sour cream in a bowl.
6.In a blender, blend tomatillos, serrano chilies, garlic, onions, cilantro, oil, and adobo seasoning until smooth.
7.Pour some of the tomatillo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
8.Heat tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds.
9.Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and roll.
10.Place tortillas seam side down into the baking dish.
11.Pour the rest of the tomatillo sauce over the tortillas.
12.Sprinkle diced white onions and queso fresco or monterey jack cheese on top of the tortillas.
13.Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
14.Serve hot and enjoy!
