Instructions

6.Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in the Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 5 minutes on each side.
7.Return the pureed sauce to the pot and stir to combine. Add the chopped chocolate.
8.Bring everything to a simmer and then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let everything simmer for 45 minutes, until the chicken is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
