Ingredients

1 chicken breast , cut into strips
1 large green pepper , cut into strips
1 large onion , sliced
1 can Campbell southwest-style pepper jack soup
8 tortillas
Pepper Jack Skillet Chicken Fajitas are a perfect weeknight meal that is quick and easy to make. The dish consists of chicken breast strips, sliced onions, green peppers and Southwest-style sauce made with Campbell's pepper jack soup, cooked in a skillet until heated through and served with warm tortillas. Instructions

1.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over high heat.
2.Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3.Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4.Add another tbsp of oil to the skillet and add the sliced onion and green pepper. Stir to combine and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened.
5.Add the Campbell southwest-style pepper jack soup and stir well to combine everything. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
6.Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
7.Serve with tortillas.
