Ingredients

4 medium avocados

2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro ( fresh preferred )
dried cilantro , Crushed
diced jalapeno pepper , to taste ( optional )
additional sour cream , for garnish

1 cup diced yellow onion , Fresh , Ripe , Diced
Guacamole is a traditional Mexican dip made from mashed avocado mixed with various herbs and spices. Instructions

1.Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
2.Add the lime juice, hot sauce, sour cream, fresh and dried cilantro, jalapeno peppers, and onions to the bowl. Mash everything with a fork until the desired consistency is reached.
3.Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving with additional sour cream and fresh cilantro as garnish.
