Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).
2.Cut the jalapenos and banana pepper in half. Remove the seeds and stems from the peppers.
3.Line a baking sheet with foil and place the peppers, garlic and tomatoes in a single layer on the sheet. Roast for 20 minutes.
4.Add the roasted peppers, garlic, cilantro leaves, and lime juice to a food processor. Pulse for several seconds until you get a chunky texture.
5.Add can of diced tomatoes and house seasoning to the mixture and pulse again.
6.Serve the salsa at room temperature for best results. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
