Ingredients

4 corn husks , soaked and washed well
4 ounces good-quality dark chocolate
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 vanilla bean , split lengthwise
1 teaspoon ground mexican cinnamon ( canela )
This dessert puts a twist on traditional tamales by incorporating the classic combination of chocolate and peanut butter. Instructions

1.Steam the corn husks for 10 minutes then set them aside to cool.

8.Remove from the heat and let cool, then store in the fridge.
