Ingredients

1/2 cup salsa ( any variety , I used my homemade )
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
8 soft flour tortillas
1/2 cup guacamole
1/3 cup refried beans
6 tablespoons cheddar cheese ( more to taste , we love cheese )
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.In a small bowl, combine the salsa and sour cream.
3.In another bowl, mix together the chicken, 2 tablespoons of the salsa mixture, and 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro.
4.Place four tortillas on a baking sheet and spread each with about 1 tablespoon of the guacamole.
5.Top each tortilla with about 1 tablespoon of the refried beans.
6.Spoon the chicken mixture on top of the beans.
7.Sprinkle with cheese and top with the remaining tortillas.
8.Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
9.Cut the snack stacks into wedges and serve with the remaining salsa mixture for dipping.
