1/2 - 1 orange bell peppers or 1/2-1 green bell pepper , diced
1/2 - 1 red onion , diced
1 can black beans , drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup corn chips , crushed ( I use Fritos )
