Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

5.Spread the sour cream mixture over the cheesecake. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Run knife around edge of cheesecake; remove from springform pan. Serve chilled.
