2 cups corn kernels
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 corn tortillas , cut into strips

Instructions
