1 package plain Doritos

Instructions

1.In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown ground beef over medium high heat; stirring frequently and breaking up beef into small pieces.
2.Add chopped onion and minced garlic and continue to cook for an additional two to three minutes, until beef is browned and onion is softened.
3.Stir in the green enchilada sauce, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and diced green chilies until well combined.
4.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5.Layer the package of Doritos on the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. Spoon the meat mixture on top of the chips, spreading it evenly. Top with chopped green onions and grated cheddar cheese.
6.Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot and bubbly.
