1 package taco seasoning
1 cup cooked corn kernel
1 cup salsa
2 Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls ( Original Flavor )
1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a skillet over medium-high heat brown ground beef or turkey. Drain any excess fat.
3.Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes until thickened.
4.Stir in corn and salsa until combined.
5.On a floured surface, roll out crescent rolls. Pinch seams to seal and cut into 8 squares.
6.Spoon meat mixture into center of each square. Fold dough up and around filling. Pinch seams to seal.
7.Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each doughboy and bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
8.Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on top.
