Ingredients

4 chicken thighs ( excess fat removed )
2/3 cup A.1 . Original Sauce , divided
2 puff pastry sheets , thawed overnight in refrigerator
2 large ripe avocados
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Puffy A1 Chicken Flautas are a spin on traditional flautas, which are rolled up tortillas filled with various ingredients. In this recipe, puff pastry replaces the traditional tortilla to create a crispier and flakier outer layer packed with juicy A1 chicken. The creamy avocado and mayonnaise dip complements the flautas perfectly while adding the much-needed tanginess. If you're looking for an effortless Mexican-inspired snack or dinner entrée with a punch of A1 sauce, then these flautas might be just what you need.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.In a bowl, combine chicken thighs and 1/3 cup of A.1. Original Sauce. Set aside.
3.Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into 2.5 inch wide strips.
4.Spread the remaining A.1. Original Sauce onto each strip.
5.Place a spoonful of chicken mixture into each strip, then roll tightly to enclose the filling.
6.Brush the tops of each rolled strip with beaten egg.
7.Place the rolled strips onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
8.In a small bowl, mash avocados and mix with mayonnaise to serve alongside the flautas.
