Ingredients

1 large Hass avocado , peeled , pitted
3 tablespoons buttermilk ( or more depending on how creamy you want the sauce )
1 garlic clove , finely minced ( I used roasted garlic and finely grated it )
1 lime , juice and zest of
salt & fresh ground pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado using a fork or a potato masher.
2.Add buttermilk, minced garlic, lime zest and juice to the mashed avocado.
3.Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well-combined.
4.Season the puree with salt and pepper as per your taste.
5.Chill the Buttermilk Avocado Puree in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
