1 cup buttermilk baking mix
1 tomatoes , chopped
1/4 cup water
1 avocado , sliced
1 lb ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese , shredded ( or more )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
3.Grease the bottom and sides of an 8-inch (20 cm) baking dish.

5.Layer the beef over the beans.
