Instructions

1.Warm milk and butter in microwave for 1 minute.

3.Mix all wet ingredients - milk, egg and yeast into another bowl and mix well. Then mix this wet ingredient mixture to the dry ingredient mixture.
4.Mix well to form a soft dough. Knead it for 10 minutes or until smooth dough is formed.
5.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for about 1 hour.
6.Preheat your oven to 350°F/175°C.
7.Grease a 9x5 inch bread loaf pan well, using butter.
8.Put the dough into the baking pan and let it rest for another 10 minutes.
9.Bake for around 30 minutes or until golden brown in color.
