1/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup water
6 flour tortillas
6 tostadas , shells warmed
1 cup sour cream
2 tomatoes , chopped
2 cups lettuce , shredded
cooking spray , for frying

Instructions

1.In a pan, cook the ground beef until browned, then add the onion flakes, beef bouillon, garlic powder, cornstarch, cumin powder, mild paprika, chili powder, salt, cayenne powder, sugar, and water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
2.Heat up a tortilla in a non-stick pan, then place a tostada on top of it and add the ground beef mixture on top. Top with a spoonful of sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce. Drizzle some queso sauce over the top.
3.Using the tostada as a guide, fold the edges of the tortilla into the center to form a square shape. Flip over and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the tortilla is crispy.
