Ingredients

3 tablespoons salted butter

2 tomatoes , peeled seeded and finely chopped

2 1/2 lbs shrimp , Large shelled

Instructions

6.In the same pan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and gradually add flour, stirring constantly to form a paste. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
7.Add the fish stock and milk to the pan, and whisk until well combined. Continue cooking for 5-6 minutes until the sauce thickens.
8.Reduce the heat and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
9.Add the reserved shrimp to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.
10.Serve hot with steamed rice or over pasta, and garnish with additional coriander leaves.
